Markko Martin Testing new Impreza WRC
Photos of the famous estonian rally driver Markko Marting testing new 2008 Subaru Impreza WRC on the gravel stages in Italy.
The Subaru World Rally Team are relying on the new-shape Impreza WRC 2008 to revive their fortunes following two poor seasons in which the former champions have struggled to even reach the podium.
"It’s a very exciting car for the team and for Subaru, and it’s a privilege to be involved with it. It’s always a good feeling to drive a new car, and I’m looking forward to the next test where we will start to focus on performance." - said Markko.
The WRC2008 is set to make its competitive debut midway through this year’s championship, although no firm deadline has been set for its first rally.

With the FMIC I guess you don’t need one. It looks pretty nice, actually, to me…
no wonder i feel different from the normal Sti,the scoop bonnet lol

The one on display had a bonnet and air scoop… The car looks weird without it… They should put them back, even if it now has an FMIC… You can never have too much heat dissipation right? lol
well theres an advantage without the scoop bonnet,the dust wont block the intercooler,”direct air intake ”…even without the scoop it still nice
i love this car, i can’t wait to see on the rally stages!
