Subaru Impreza STI 2008 Second Official Teaser Released
Last week Subaru released the first official teaser image of the upcoming WRX STi and today the automaker has released a second photo of the back of the car.
The car is set to be unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show next month so for now we must make due with two very dark photos of the car. Subaru’s main competition the Mitsubishi EVO X has already been revealed and full tests are beginning to show up in all the popular car mags.
You can expect the car to have somewhere around 300 horsepower and to come standard with AWD. It remains to be seen if Subaru has anything up its sleeve to compete with Mitsubishi’s new dual-clutch transmission.

If anything will help save the struggling Mitsubishi frim it will be this god-awful disgrace.
will subaru make the hatchback version the center model of the sti rather than the normal and not hatchback version? i do say that the hatchback’s spoilers are damn pretty, but i prefer the old fashioned spoilers from those not hatchback versions. whatta teasing picture by the way.. nothing looks new for me. can’t wait for 20 more days before they all show up on the tokyo auto show again. subaru should at least change their engines to 2.0 or less and not 2.5 anymore
