I'm the kind of person who will buy it!

I've been driving this baby Subaru for nearly a year now and I am an absolute convert - the roadholding is brilliant, its suspension (and the adjustable front seating)ensures a super comfortable ride even on Joburg's eroding tarmac. Notably, it provides great visibility in the middle of a Highveld rainstorm. It gives you the sureness of being solid on the road even when the roads are awash. Having never driven an all-wheel-drive before, nor with ABS brakes and power steering, it's been a huge treat. I don't sniff at the extras either, like the iPod connection.

So someone like me who wants (1) safety and (2) a smooth solid ride, (3) at a reasonable price, will not go wrong with this car.

I highly recommend it to anyone who rates those things as a priority.

Jeeze subaru have gone from the ugly extreme bug eye look to this boring softly styled mainstream look. my confidence in impreza and Subaru is slipping so hopefully subaru will realize what they are doing wrong. i mean the design would be fine if they gave it some sharper more chiseled lines and a better grille but seriously how long can subaru keep ignoring major flaws in every single on of their vechiles for??!?!?!?!?

It seems a shame that Subaru have tainted the ledgend of the Impreza with this mundane offering, perhaps they should have released this car under another Subaru brand for the mainstream market, and kept the heritage of the Impreza for us enthuasiasts and scooby lovers! Shame...bad strategic moves and marketing Subaru.

Subaru Rx hatch back with the Impreza badge on it?
Gag.
The car doesn't deserve the title. It is a terriable thing that Subaru does to the Rally car hero.
Name grabing? Don't diminish the spirit of the Impreza WRX and STI with this communter car.
